April 7 - The husband of Princess Haya (pictured), the president of the world equestrian governing body, has reported himself to the organisation after two of his horses tested positive for banned drugs.

April 28 - A new scoring system based on those used in gymnastics and figure skating could be adopted by dressage in time for the London 2012 Olympics.
